That last post is wrong. All drivers have been a rookie at one time. The only way to get better and develop a fan base is to race. If rookies aren't allowed on the track to race against your so called quality drivers where is the next generation of quality drivers going to come from? This series is the next step up from where Chase came from. Show me one driver that hasn't had any problems in his rookie year or any year for that matter.
